I have never been to Iceland and this was my first time doing volunteering and I loved it. To live in the middle of nature with international group of dudes was something unreal. I dont know who made this island but it sure rocks great

Volunteering for nature

During the two weeks in Brú we did a lot of beach cleaning and it was a shock for me to see all the fishing nets on the shore. We cleaned it up and I felt great about my contribution. In June there is a daylight all around the clock in Iceland and it was just like magic to be there. We also did some excursions to beautiful places. I will return one day to Iceland and stay a little bit longer. Thanks Worldwide Friends

The bridge between culture and nature

Brú mean a bridge and for me it was the bridge between different cultures. We were a group of 22 from 14 countries and it was amazing experience. We learned a lot about environmental issues, we cleaned the coastline and visited rural areas. Iceland is amazing country and I can recommend this program for sure.
