This project rocks
by: Pavel Urban - SlovakiaProgram: Brú - sustainable centre in Northwest IcelandI have never been to Iceland and this was my first time doing volunteering and I loved it. To live in the middle of nature with international group of dudes was something unreal. I dont know who made this island but it sure rocks great
The greatest time of my life
by: Xu Ling Lu - ChinaProgram: Six weeks Journey around Iceland and Fight Global WarmingI am so happy that I did this program last year. The moment that I came to Iceland I felt like home. The volunteering work and the area that we visited were fantastic and so few humans around which made it more special for me. To be in nature in a small group of good people is amazing
Fantastic experience. I want to do it again
by: Tom O Keeffe - IrelandProgram: Six weeks Journey around Iceland and Fight Global WarmingI had a really great time in Iceland and I highly recommend this program. We travelled around the island to different places and the nature was incredible. The work was manly cleaning the coast but we also took some drone videos and had workshops about global warming

What inspired you to travel abroad?
My day usually starts early in the morning with a nice cup of coffee! That's something I really love about this job — it’s never a typical 9-to-5 office job. One day I can be picking up the participants from the airport and then on another day I can be taking the group for a hike, or teaching them about sustainability. We can be driving around the island enjoying the beautiful landscapes. Or I can be preparing dinner for the group. It's never boring at all!
