The community center in Bliss, Sagkahan in Tacloban City is the heart of all Volunteers for the Visayan's activities, serving as a staging area for various welfare projects. Staff and volunteers coordinate various social welfare projects for the Child Sponsorship Program and Community Program. As part of their community outreach programs, we coordinate various activities to empower the locals. One such project is the Mother's Club, which focuses on skill training, livelihood opportunities, and micro-financing projects for women.
