Independence and personal growth On top of my love for cultures, I’ve always been an independent person. Living far from home has really tested my ability to adapt and thrive on my own. There’s something empowering about figuring things out without relying too much on others. Whether it’s navigating a new city or tackling challenges that come my way, this independence has played a huge role in shaping who I am today. It’s not always easy—there are definitely moments when I miss the comfort of home—but each challenge I face helps me grow stronger and more resilient.
