Therapy Abroad provided exceptional coordination and support for Illinois State University’s Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders during our recent faculty-led, short-term study abroad program in Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey. Through pre-departure training and on-the-ground guidance, they fostered an environment where students could engage thoughtfully with local communities, developing both their clinical and intercultural competencies.
