Intense training
by: Jozelle Ann V.Program: Culinary Internships in AmericaI mostly like the intense training that I have received during those stressful and pressuring times that we have a lot of orders. The stress I felt then was a good stress wherein I felt fulfilled that I was able to overcome the pressure in our kitchen. I also love my Host Company family most especially the kitchen staff. Our executive chef is very knowledgeable in his craft and I was able to learn a lot from him.
