by: Theresa Mae O.Program: Culinary Training Internship (5 Star - East Coast, USA)I've work with a lot of chefs and they told me they never seen any hotel before who let the interns cook, like literally on the line and searing and all because usually they just let interns in the back of the kitchen peeling potatoes, so having interns in this hotel will help those fresh graduates to get out of their comfort zone and face the real world of culinary and became their stepping stone.
