I am an American living in Thailand. Twenty-years ago I was working in a Cambodian community Stateside. Every door was closed to study ESL. I completed TEFL last Friday! It has changed the trajectory of my future. I did not have confidence in my own English, nevermind teaching it in a classroom, but the dream and desire were deeper than that. The method of teaching TEFL taught at Salisa knocked that thinking right out of my mind. Within two weeks I was teaching English in six classrooms. My heart is full of renewed passion and confidence and I am upgrading my own grammar on the way. This school is a professional, yet grassroots community, so down to earth and approachable.
