I worked for two months at urban harvest Cape Town. I’ve learned a lot from this experience, about urban greening, but also the logistics and the whole process of installing food gardens. However, this internship lacked a bit of guidance on the workplace, and I would say it is more of a spring-summer internship (I was there from june-september, which is winter in Cape Town and the rain impacted my tasks).
