Spanish language skills are required for this internship as you will be interacting with community members. If you would like to learn or enhance your Spanish language skills, you can sign up for an online Spanish course (before the start of your internship).

What is the schedule like for this internship?

You will be working approximately 30 hours per week. It is about a 30-minute bus ride up to the highlands at 7:00 AM and the bus leaves the highlands at 3:30 PM.

What kind of physical work can I expect during this internship?

You should be prepared for laborious work and gardening type jobs outdoors, which may involve potential allergens, sun exposure, and varying temperatures.
