The time I spent with Projects Abroad was one of the best experiences of my life. I learned so much, gained so much experience in the field of human rights, met the most amazing people and was lucky to see the beauty of Ghana. I cannot recommend this experience enough, it helped me grow as a person and in my career, thank you Projects Abroad for making it so memorable.

I felt safe, comfortable, and always had support from staff. The other volunteers turned into family, and I still keep in touch with some t...

Small loans, ranging from € 107 to € 200 were provided to women to set up small businesses, such as gari production (gari, a byproduct of cassava, is an inexpensive food source in high dem...

I had a semester off before starting university and I wanted to do something worthwhile with my time. I had never left the country before. I knew I wanted to teach abroad, so I researched volunteer programs where I could teach in some form.
