PLATFORM for the NEEDY (PLANE) seeks passionate and generous volunteers and student interns to support our Family Clinic Radio Project. Initiated by PLANE, it runs on Voice of Tooro 101 FM radio in Fort Portal Tourism City from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. East Africa Time (EAT). Why Family Clinic? A family or community is the center where most health, social, economic, legal, and environmental issues emerge. The Family Clinic Radio Project was designed to help families discuss and find solutions to the problems facing them. PLANE hosts different resource persons to raise awareness and educate the public on the rights of children, the importance of education, land rights, and HIV/AIDS.
