OHW's humanitarian aid program delivers needs-based assistance to those affected by natural or man-made disasters, aiming to save lives and strengthen communities' resilience to future crises. Recognizing the essential role of community participation, OHW adheres to humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, independence, impartiality, and respects International Humanitarian Law. Using specific ESNFI assessment tools, OHW targets 915 households in Takhar (Namak Ab, Farkhar, and Warsaj districts), providing each with $200 for heating supplies, $57 for blankets, and $74 for winter clothing.
