Our Generation Voluntary Organisation offers Microfinance internships and volunteering opportunities in Ghana. Volunteers or interns will be placed in a unique position to assist with microfinance initiatives. These initiatives, typically implemented by the government and other institutions, are geared toward reducing urban and rural poverty. Volunteers and interns will participate by examining loan applications, filling out and balancing the daily ledger, leading exit interviews for individuals who are doing replaying, keeping track of beneficiary profiles and standing, as well as paying visits to beneficiaries in order to assess their progress and collect payments.
