A week’s volunteering

I volunteered here for a week back in April while travelling. It was one of the most rewarding things I did on my whole trip, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer! The kids are an absolute joy and Kim and Jack are just amazing people. I have recommended NDOCCC to multiple people since going who have gone on to volunteer here, and am continuing to recommend it to anyone travelling in the area. Lots of love.

Excellent NGO ran by incredible teachers, doing amazing work for children. If you’re looking to make a real impact during your volunteering, this is the place. You will be instructed on how to teach the curriculum and supported through the process, surrounded by children who can’t wait to play and learn from you. You will be included in group activities with other volunteers to get to know each other, and treated as one of the family. Kim’s story and sacrifice for his work is incred...

I had an amazing time volunteering for Kimlean and his school. I met he because he was the tuk tuk driver for my visits to the temples. ?He told me about the school and we head out there the next day. Its really fun helping out in the classroom with the kids, eating good food, and also played a little football in the field. thanks Kimlean! You're doing a great thing.
