Our Biodiversity monitoring placement based in Liwonde National Park is a collaboration between LWT and African Parks. It puts you at the heart of Malawi’s most famous national park where you spend your days assessing the area with our specialist team, seeking out some of Africa’s most iconic species. This placement lets you experience what it’s like living and working inside a “Big 5” park while gaining transferable skills in radio tracking, species monitoring, camera trapping, and large carnivore management.
