I had a great time working with Language Connexion during my year abroad! They were supportive, offered visa assistance and training so that I was confident to go into schools and teach. I had a great experience with them and their team. I could not recommend the program highly enough to those looking to do an internship, especially as part of the year abroad!

I completed a placement with language connexion from September 2022 - April 2023. I worked as an English language teaching assistant at a school in Toulon. I really couldn’t recommend it enough. I made friends for life and improved my French so much. Language Connexion gave helpful training and were there to offer support (by way of a mentor). I loved my internship with Language Connexion! I worked for them for 6 months in Paris and they were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, providing visa support, French classes etc. I got the opportunity to improve both my French language and my pedagogical skills, which has been invaluable to me for my final year at uni and looking forward to my employability in the future.
