The staff working for Itt are very helpful, upbeat and responsive. I think this was a major benefit of the course. They provided prompt and helpful material as I was looking for a job and reviewed and gave feedback on my resume and cover letter. They even provided me with a contact that led to my current position. The course itself was fine. I found the reading and quizzes to be very easy and the lesson plan making a little more challenging.
