Volunteer and Tutor during the Summer Holidays in Ecuador

The Summer Project operates through the months of July and August and is a project organised by IVHQ's local team in Ecuador, helping up to 120 children build up their learning skills, ready to enter their new year at school. This project gives attention to a variety of children of different ages from disadvantaged backgrounds who are struggling in some aspects of their schooling life. The Summer Project focuses specifically on English, Reading and Writing, Art and Recreation. The program helps develop the children's general abilities such as concentration, self assurance, self-esteem as well as progressing their reading and writing ability.
