As a trainee, you'll choose the operation type you wish to work on: dairy or mixed farms, greenhouses, nurseries, flower production, organic or conventionally produced vegetables, trees and shrubs, landscaping, etc. These opportunities provide a full-time job, which includes arranged accommodations. Taking part in this international work exchange program allows you to build upon your agricultural skills or gain first-hand insight into the progressive, sector-leading horticultural practices in the Netherlands.
