The sanctuary has been running for 28 years and is home to exotic primates, predominantly ex pets, but has also had ex lab and zoo animals within its care. The majority of these animals have phycological and or physical problems due to their unnatural upbringing and it is interesting to understand the impact on their behaviour, as well as learning all things primate.
