InterAction is seeking a motivated intern for its Public Policy & Congressional Engagement team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to support advocacy efforts and legislative processes, focusing on international development and humanitarian issues. Program Highlights
Interns will be paid according to D.C. minimum wage ($17.50 per hour as of July 1st).
Internship will last from early June through August with flexible start and end dates. Minimum 32 hours per week, the internship duration is 12 weeks.
Conduct research on policy issues impacting international development and humanitarian aid.
Prepare materials for Congressional meetings and advocacy initiatives.
Assist in organizing and attending briefings, hearings, and advocacy events.
