Future-Focused Study Abroad: IFSA in Spain

My time at IFSA Barcelona may have been cut short by COVID, but it was certainly worth every second I got. IFSA had a small group of students from universities all around the US making it a very comfortable transition into this new experience. Half of the courses were taken with that small group, and the other half were at UAB - a very credited university in Barcelona with kids from several study abroad programs! I loved my semester abroad. It was my first time traveling alone, and I began Fall 2019 knowing absolutely no one and having little confidence in my ability to communicate with Barcelonans.
