In the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) internship program, participants help undergraduate English majors in Japan improve their English in and outside of the classroom. Provide communication practice and opportunities for students to use their English in non-academic settings, like playing games, sports, and other extracurricular activities. Learn how to plan, execute, and improve these activities by working with students and professors and how to be effective educators in foreign language settings. You will work four to five days a week, with weekends for travel or other activities.
