Thailand Ethical Elephant Volunteer Program

Volunteer in an ethical elephant program in Thailand with the Hutsadin Elephant Foundation. Your first week on the program will be spent getting to know the elephants, their history, and how we care for each elephant. You will learn more about each elephant's personality, the routes they like to walk, as well as the layout of the foundation. While on the program, you will learn how to weigh elephants, give foot baths, scrub down, and feed. You will also be introduced to the Elephant Educational Program. In the second week, you will work under a Buddy System with the staff to take care of elephants and visitors on walks after the morning cleaning and feeding routine.
