Hutsadin Elephant Foundation

Hutsadin was founded 12 years ago by 3 Thai gentlemen. Since it was founded, it has bought seven elephants from different tourism industries to ensure that they have a better life. Our mission is to ensure that elephants are chain free and to educate visitors on the plight of the Asian elephant. We were the first to introduce an educational program and the fist to stop elephant safaris. We are the only program that goes out to schools and orphanages to educate the youth on ethical animal care. Hutsadin is based on temple grounds where Buddhism is practiced daily. We are the nearest to Bangkok and the only elephant foundation that is based in a coastal town. Our program covers the key factors of Thailand.
