Are you interested in research? Do you love horses? Then, take this amazing opportunity to get involved with both. Join an amazing team and work with wildlife researchers and biologists by collecting data and information on one of the world's rarest and endangered species of horses, the Wild Takhi, also known as Przewalski's horses. Volunteer for at least one week up to a maximum of four weeks in this great project in Mongolia. Get in close contact with these magnificent wild creatures, monitor their behavior and growth, collect data on their habitat and the surrounding flora and fauna, and go on horse rides over Mongolia's vast and beautiful landscapes.

Last September I travelled with Fronteering to Mongolia to take part in the Wild horse research program to help protect and conserve the przewalski's horse. I had such a great time and it was so amazing to these animals in their native habitat! Everything was arranged well and the people were very nice! The people working at Hustai National Park made everything so easy, from picking me up at the airport to finding and booking a hostel for me to stay at for a couple of nights.
