Coursework and content derive their strength from research and practice, supervised by faculty members who are respected industry professionals. The concentrated format of career program levels allows for accelerated learning in concentrated time periods. The Career Programs are 1 to 2-year intensive professional programs of specialized studies concentrating on specific industries and fields. Program options include Culinary Arts, Master in Italian Cuisine, Hospitality Management, Baking and Pastry, Wine Studies and Enology, Photography, Visual Communication, and Fashion Design and Technology. Program Highlights
Obtain certification upon completion of a two-level program.
Have the opportunity to undertake internships in the local territory, as well as Experiential Learning Special Projects, open to non-beginning students who have completed at least one level.
Learn the Italian language in three-week August or January Intersessions, prior to Session I, which are available for credit or non-credit.
