Daily, hands-on practical training is complemented by various extracurricular activities such as guided visits to relevant food production sites—meat processing plants, cheese and ham factories, wineries, and more. We provide business practice advice for those who aim to open their restaurant in the future. Housing is included, along with an intensive Italian language course.
