I would 100% recommend this program!
by: Jenny Lawrence - CanadaProgram: Italian Home Cooking in Florence, ItalyI took a two-week Italian Home Cooking course just before the summer and it was great. FCAS also offers shared housing but the admissions officer wisely recommended me to book a room closer to the city center. If possible, I would do it again next summer.
Lovely experience!
by: Theresa Taylor - United StatesProgram: Italian Home Cooking in Florence, ItalyFirst and foremost the food was delicious! Paola and Anna were such friendly and knowledgeable instructors, they made sure everyone was involved and worked together. It was rewarding to eat all the things we made at the end of the classes.
Had a great summer in Florence!
by: Anthony Vittieri - CanadaProgram: Italian Home Cooking in Florence, ItalyClasses were very informal, but great and Ms. Gaia was very good at explaining everything about the food ingredients. The classes are held in a very quiet area but you need to take public transportation or a taxi to reach the kitchen. Food was amazing and genuine, and so were the people in the class. Definitely recommend this course!
