An Eye Opening Adventure
April 05, 2025by: Jaco Kahungwa - TanzaniaProgram: Volunteering in TanzaniaI used to have a belief that to change the state of someone required bulk work and huge amount of financial resources: something only few selected individuals can do - mostly the rich and well abled. Contrary, I have learnt that impacting and changing one's situation is a heartly matter; very small efforts matter; the small I have to offer can make a difference.
Life changing experience!
April 04, 2025by: Glenda Chen - United KingdomProgram: Volunteering in TanzaniaCommunity Angels is more than just a volunteer group—it’s a family that nurtures, inspires, and uplifts everyone involved. Working in schools with this incredible team has been a truly transformative experience. The professionalism of the staff, combined with their genuine care and love for the community, creates a supportive and empowering environment. Their passion for making a difference is contagious, and being part of this journey has shaped me in ways I never imagined. The values and lessons I’ve gained will stay with me for life. If you’re considering volunteering with Community Angels, my advice is to fully embrace the experience with an open heart. The work is deeply rewarding, and the team is incredibly dedicated to making a difference and supporting the community. Be prepared to learn as much as you give—this community will inspire you in ways you never expected, and the impact will stay with you long after you leave.
