Had such a great time, I didn't get homesick!
by: Peyton Brock - United StatesProgram: Intern in Thailand (Chiang Mai)This summer I spent eight weeks participating in a Public Health Internship. I was able to get hands-on experience in my career field. I was also able to travel on the weekends and experience things I have never done before! I went scuba diving, visited temples and tried new food all while challenging myself and learning so much about not only my host country, but myself as well! My host family allowed me to have the ultimate cultural immersion. At the end of the eight weeks, I wasn't homesick!
We’re so glad you enjoyed your time abroad, Peyton! It’s great to hear that you found an internship you loved and were able to try so many new things. Thanks for your review!
Third Eye Adventure
by: Kaley Harris - United StatesProgram: Intern in Thailand (Chiang Mai)Hello! I’m from San Antonio, Texas. Currently residing in Colorado. I have a mission to make a difference in the world in my lifetime, while I still hold my youth. I hike as much as I can and with what time allows me. I would love to take a year off to help others and myself. I would also like to develop an established philosophy to inspire others through my wisdom and stories. To uncover the inspiration for others, I would have to discover it through adventure. Let my adventures begin!
