Hotel Administration: Interns will have the opportunity to support front desk activities, bookings, event planning, liaising with travel agencies, etc. Culinary: The participants will work with the Head Chef, the food preparation team, and the restaurant manager to gain a holistic experience. The internship timetable is expected to be full-time with shift work (such as early starts, late finishes, or weekend work), reflecting standard industry hours, up to 40 hours per week.
