Overall, I was able to achieve many of the goals that I had prior to arriving in Seville. I wanted to improve my Spanish speaking abilities, and I was able to do that by being culturally emerged in the city, and living in a homestay. I also felt somewhat apart of the community by participating in various activities like playing basketball, attending events throughout the city, and making Spanish friends.

Seville and ASA gave me everything I wanted in a semester abroad!

I loved going through ASA to study in Seville! Our program was small with only 12 people, but I think that was a huge advantage as we really got to connect and become close friends by the end. Other programs had hundreds of people, and I think that would be a little too overwhelming for me. I highly recommend choosing Spain as a destination; the low cost of living really allows for the extra travel money. And there's so much to explore just in Spain. It's truly a diverse country with each region...

This experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I am extremely grateful for the new perspective I have on how to live life. The people of Seville could not have been more welcoming and I am grateful for the extents this program reached out to me throughout the semester.
