Work for Zambian Women and Disabled Children

The African Artists Community Development Project focuses on women's income empowerment and educational support programs for children. The Zambezi Doll Project is made up of 12 mothers and grandmothers of children with disabilities from Livingstone, Zambia. They have come together to form a group that makes dolls by hand out of natural materials. In this way the women earn a living, enabling them to support their children. They work from Monday to Friday at 08:00-16:00. We are looking for volunteers to work with these women, learning how to make the dolls, according to their skill level.
