Our encounters with local tribes will give us valuable insights into how people have existed in the area for thousands of years and the many ways that they continue to preserve their cultures today.

We organize legal internships and volunteer assignments at various NGOs and law firms in Tanzania. You can choose the topic to focus on, including legal advice for underprivileged women and disadvantaged minorities, anti-corruption, human trafficking, and the coexistence of Sharia law and common law in Zanzibar. Volunteer at a non-governmental organization that educates women and disadvantaged minorities about their rights as well as provides free legal advice and legal representation. Law students and trained lawyers can intern or volunteer at a law firm located in Boma Ng’ombe. They get insight into anti-corruption, legal breaks, and criminal defense. We are looking for passionate graduates, who are keen to learn about global challenges, work with youth and define their own purpose. This program provides a meaningful opportunity to support early education in Monduli by working with children aged 3–6 in kindergartens and younger primary school classes. Volunteers assist local teachers in building children’s English skills through creative, play-based activities such as drawing, singing, storytelling, colouring, and games. In rural areas, opportunities for practicing English are limited, so your contribution helps lay a foundation for future learning. During school holidays, volunteers can also teach English at the local community centre for children aged 6–16. Support teachers in kindergartens and lower primary school classes (Grades 1–2). This volunteer program by KVT places you in Tanzania, where you will work in an orphanage and assist in the care of kids and teens. They have lost their parents due to various reasons, including accidents and deadly diseases (i.e., HIV/AIDS). The orphanage is located within a local community, and you will help with daily activities as well as educate widows, youth, and people living with HIV/AIDS. You will contribute to our efforts in educating locals on how to take care of themselves.
