Working as dental interns in Kandy, participants in this Work the World program will have the opportunity to observe specialists on a range of advanced cases. This is typical because patients will seek dental intervention in the last stages of their condition. Interns will also be rotating through related departments, such as orthodontics and maxillofacial surgery, as well as assisting outpatients. 

Once the working day is over, interns will find that Kandy is a bustling city rich in culture, diversity, and travel opportunities. Sacred Buddhist sites like Adam’s Peak and ornate temples line the streets and picture-perfect beaches, jungles, and elephant orphanages are just some of the places they can explore.
