Winford Bilingual PS: International Primary Curriculum (IPC)

Our school implements the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) to seamlessly integrate Dutch and UK curricula through thematic units lasting six weeks, where IPC and social/emotional lessons are taught cooperatively in both Dutch and English. Following a structured format, weeks 1 through 5 involve introduction and exploration, culminating in summary and review in week 6. Although not strictly a Montessori School, we adopt Maria Montessori's philosophy, catering to each child's ability rather than age through mixed-age classes and small group lessons, utilizing Montessori materials.
