USEH International offers paid culinary internship and traineeship opportunities in the United States. The program will allow participants to have a rotation within the Culinary Department, where they will be able to see applications in different outlets, including Main Kitchen, Banquet Kitchen, and Inventory. Placements are based on the interns' experience and interest areas, such as hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or pastry. Positions are offered in luxury or international chain hotels and fine dining establishments, and celebrity chef restaurants.
