Bachelor of Arts (Music with Education)

This program is designed to prepare critically engaged students to work within schools and communities to foster an environment of learning and understanding of music as an important element in a society’s educational development. It is interdisciplinary and offers students the opportunity to use their musical skills in primary and secondary schooling. The Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination (EBCCI) under the Department boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including an art gallery, cinematheque, rehearsal room, performance center, dance studio, computer lab, and pedagogical center. The Walcott Warner Theatre is a multipurpose facility suited for all types of events and seats up to 252 persons.
