Travel to Costa Rica on this high school summer program and delve deep into the world of conservation while exploring first-hand the impressive biodiversity and extraordinary terrestrial and marine ecosystems of this small country. 

Start at the Tortuguero National Park biological research station, run by the Sea Turtle Conservancy, and then head to a rainforest field research station. Gain insight into the work of tropical scientists, learn about and participate in research and data collection, and get up close and personal with flora and fauna on guided hikes. Complete your program at a Monteverde Cloud Forest biological reserve and participate in a reforestation project to learn about this amazing biodiverse ecosystem.
