SIT Study Abroad: Switzerland: Global Health in Geneva

Geneva is the world capital of public health and sustainable development organizations, making it the ideal place to study the Global Health and Development Policy program. Build your understanding of these issues through a combination of in-class lectures by academic and policy experts as well as site visits and briefings with leading intergovernmental and nongovernmental health and development agencies in Geneva. While on the program, you may have opportunities to meet with experts from the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Committee of the Red Cross, and Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), among others. There are no prerequisites to join, but at least basic French proficiency puts you at a linguistic advantage.
