Responsibilities of a Kitchen Intern
● Assist in food preparation and cooking, including chopping, marinating, and applying techniques according to standard recipes.
● Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, following food safety and sanitation guidelines and ensuring proper food storage.
● Support chefs in plating, presentation, and kitchen station setup and breakdown.
● Engage in training and development to enhance cooking skills while observing and learning from experienced chefs.
● Assist in inventory control tasks and support kitchen management as needed.
