Looking for an exciting job in Las Vegas, Nevada? Become a Senior Analyst in Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. Work closely with Asset Managers to manage our real estate portfolio. You'll analyze properties, make plans, and provide insights.

Your tasks include making cash flow models, analyzing loans, and checking property budgets. You'll also research the local real estate market and help with selling assets. Travel may be needed for site inspections.

We need someone with 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis. You should be good with Excel and ideally know Argus or VAL. If you're passionate about real estate, can communicate well, and like working in a busy team, this could be your perfect job in Las Vegas.


Analyze and interpret property budgets and operating statements.
Conduct thorough market research on local real estate trends and transactions.
Assist in negotiating foreclosure activities and coordinating third-party reports.
Prepare comprehensive cash flow models and business plans.
Perform underwriting for new acquisition loans and re-underwriting of existing loans.
