This is multiplied by the relaxed friendly atmosphere of the volunteer managers and other volunteers, this allowed people to communicate problems formed during and before the program which we could easily help with and support them in any way possible. I have made friends for life who have a similarly driven, outdoor, and kind array of abilities that has led to a strong circle of individuals that I can trust and hopefully work with in the business world later in life
