A Projects Abroad Midwifery & Nursing internship in Tanzania gives you the opportunity to give much needed help and gain work experience, but also provide vital support to a busy profession in a developing country. You will also gain direct experience by working alongside skilled medical professionals and learn how the profession works in a developing country. As a Midwifery or Nursing intern, your role will be mainly observational, but if you are enthusiastic and integrate well into the team, you may be given more responsibility. Our Nursing/Midwifery internships are based in Dar es Salaam and Arusha.
