Are teaching placements guaranteed to be in Chiang Mai?

You can choose a teaching placement in Chiang Mai. There is an additional program fee of $200 to secure this guarantee. Otherwise, you will complete your 4 weeks of TEFL training in Chiang Mai and then may be placed in another Thai province.

What teaching placement locations are most common outside Chiang Mai?

It is common to be placed in Northern Thai provinces such as Khampaeng Phet, Utthai Thani, Phayao, Phitsanulok, Fang, Mae Hong Son, and Nan. Some opportunities come up from time to time in other parts of Thailand. It is best to be flexible when applying as our placement team will locate you in a school that is the best match for your skills and their needs.
