Population Services International (PSI) is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor I for its HIV, TB, and Viral Hepatitis program. This role involves providing strategic leadership, technical guidance, and oversight to PSI’s global health projects focused on HIV, TB, and viral hepatitis. The advisor will work closely with PSI country teams, donors, and other stakeholders to implement evidence-based interventions and achieve program goals.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in international health, with a focus on HIV, TB, or viral hepatitis.
Proven experience in program management, including strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Strong technical skills in public health program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Based in East or Southern Africa.
