The Points North Institute is looking for a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead and advance its mission and values. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in film, arts, large-scale event/festival production, or non-profit management.

The ED will provide strategic leadership and oversee the Programming, Operations, and Development Departments to fulfill the organization's mission and vision. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Leadership Team to develop new programs with comprehensive business plans, ensuring revenue by building relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundation partners, and seeking new revenue opportunities. Develop relationships with key external stakeholders, oversee strategic marketing and branding initiatives, and represent the organization at various levels to enhance its visibility and support. 

He/she will collaborate to build an inclusive culture, guiding the institute's global evolution, and fostering diverse creative communities. The role requires strong skills in relationship building, partnership development, fundraising, marketing, public relations, fiscal management, and strategic decision-making.
