Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of PWDA’s fee-for-service operations, including training services, consultancy, and funded projects.
Strategically enhance service offerings, diversify income streams, and grow revenue and profitability while focusing on positive 
   outcomes for people with disabilities.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive program of work, transforming enquiries into contracted services.\

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management or business development, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
